Quiet Time

And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him. Genesis 17:3

Let me tell you child of God, you must read the Word of God personally and you must also pray personally.

You cannot provoke God in public unless you had a meeting with Him in private. Remember that it is the grace of God that works in you; not because you have prayed and not because you have fasted.

However, the presence of His grace does not remove the need for you to have quiet time for prayer before God.
Isn’t it the Bible that says,
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up on wings like eagles and they shall walk and not faint” ?

There is truly a place that is reserved for men who seek God.

Excerpt from Afrostone Fellowship Opening – Bishop Isaiah Mbuga, August 2015

My God and my Father, I am before You now. Speak to me in the quietness of Your Word.
Let me enjoy Your Presence. It is only You I long for. Thank You Father! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
